From my experience, I will share you the most valuable tips that will help you to write a blog post fast.
Writing a quality content isn’t that easy. You have to follow the one strategy that work for you.
I have found my exact strategy for writing articles faster after one year.
But I don’t want you to waste one year. I will tell you my secret strategy that I use to write a 4,000+ words article in only 1-2 days.
By reading this article,
- You’ll have exact writing strategy for writing
- When to write and when not to.
- You can boost your posting frequency.
- You will be consistent in writing
- You will exactly have the knowledge of what type of article your readers want.
- A blog post example that will convert like crazy.
People are in the rat race of writing one blog post for 4-5 days
Do you know that, after using these expert tips, you can write a high-quality blog post in under 1 day?
So let’s get deep into it.
If you have not started a blog yet for making money online then here is an Step by Step process to start a successful blog.
#1. Go with your passion

-
Save
It will be the first preference for me.
Before starting blogging, you have to find your passion.
Because blogging is not a one time process. You have to work hard continuously.
It takes time to get off the ground and make money in Blogging. You have to work hard without any money for at least 6-9 months.
That’s why, if you are writing about a topic that you aren’t enough knowledgeable and only writing for earning money you won’t be successful.
If you don’t start with your passion then you will have not enough motivation to write high-quality blog posts.
When you write something, You need to have enough knowledge about the topic.
Otherwise, you can’t relate to your readers.
Readers wants relatable content.
And if you think that, you will do research and write all the time, then it will take the same time that other bloggers are taking.
Yes, blogging can make you money, but if you are doing blogging for only earning money then it won’t give you any benefit.
Every expert is talking about structuring and timing for faster writing but no one is telling the backend process which is passion and motivation.
If you have no motivation to write a new content often then how can you generate money?
For writing faster and high-quality posts you need to have the proper motivation.
And that motivation comes from your passion.
Suppose you are dentist and beside your day job you want to start blogging.
You have done some research and learned that Marketing Niche is high demanding and people are making money from that Niche.
Now if you start blogging about Marketing Niche it won’t give you any benefit because there are tons of expert people already dominating in that niche and you are a total beginner in that Niche.
You are an expert in Dentist Niche, You can dominate in dentist Niche, and success will come to you automatically.
Because you can provide valuable content in dentist Niche rather than Marketing Niche.
If you have failed to choose your passion then you can read “How to Find Your Passion and Live a Fulfilling Life”
#2. Find your most Productive Time of the Day

-
Save
Everyone has their own lifestyle.
Many bloggers wake up in the very morning and many of them go to bed late at night.
In this case, You should not follow any other bloggers and their lifestyle.
You have to optimize your own lifestyle.
You need to find the right time for working.
It can be at 5 am in the morning or 12 pm at noon or at late night.
No matters!!
You just need to find your best time.
If I think about me, My best productive time is When I wake up in the morning at 7 am.
I feel much fresh and at that time, I have enough motivation to start my work.
I write for 1 hour every morning.
In that time, I can put more value in the content rather than other time periods.
You don’t need to work all day long.
Nowadays, success won’t come if you only work hard.
You have to work smart as well as hard.

#3. Write all the headings first

-
Save
I don’t know about other bloggers but It works for me the best.
Whenever I write a new blog post, I make sure to write every headings and subheadings first.
Because this strategy lets me know what I am writing.
If you don’t outline your content, You can’t write on the point and you will fluff very often.
That’s not so good for your article.
Remember one thing, it will give you no benefit if you only write faster and don’t put any value to your content.
You need to write high-quality content.
If you write all the headings first, you will be organized and you won’t put value under the wrong heading.
Because after making an outline, you know which topic is covered under which heading.
I don’t research and write at the same time. First 1-2 hour of the day I only do research about the new article.
I collect all the information and gather them all together.
I mark all important texts that I have to mention in the article.
You should do the same. If you do research first and then write the article it will be easier for you to outline the content.

#4. Blogging on your Phone

-
Save
Yes, You have heard right. It is the technique of writing articles you might be hearing for the first time from any blogger.
You can write the entire 1500-2000 words blog posts by using your phone.
Many bloggers aren’t aware of this thing and miss a huge opportunity.
Nobody is either talking about writing articles on Phone.
I heard this technique first from Neil Patel.
I started implementing this thing and I have seen results within one month.
Before using this technique, I was able to write a maximum of 4 posts in a month.
But after implementing this “Blogging on Phone” technique, I can write 8-9 posts per month.
Now, you must be thinking that, how can you write blog posts on your phone?
Google docs is the exact solution.
You can sync Google Docs with desktop as well as phone.
After writing content from the phone on the desktop all you have to do is copy the whole content and paste it on your blog.
Yes, You have to organize the structure.
But after doing this with one or two posts you will be familiar with the process.
Many bloggers feel very stressed after sitting and writing blog posts for a long time.
This technique will help them a lot.
You can write blog posts while lying on the bed or going somewhere in the car by using your phone.
This will increase your productivity as well as your writing speed.

#5. Turn off your phone’s Notification for 30 minutes only

-
Save
I believe in smart work.
It’s not that thing I don’t work hard.
I work hard smartly.
I believe in the 30/10 rule.
It is my own rule and I suggest many other people stay productive.
We don’t have to work all day.
We need entertainment in our life as well as in the working field.
So what 30/10 rule is,
I switch off all the notifications on my phone and write content for 30 minutes and then I take a rest for 10 minutes.
In those 10 minutes, I use social media, walk a little bit, drink some water.
Then again after 10 minutes, I again write for 30 minutes.
That’s how I am not feeling boring nor I am missing some important updates on social media.
If you take a break in the middle of your work, you can add more value to your work.
You can bring new ideas to your writing and people will love this.
So, If you have not heard anything like this before, I will suggest you try for one day.
I assure you, it will help you to boost your writing speed as well as your writing quality.
#6. Forget about being Perfect

-
Save
It is one of the main problems to all beginner bloggers.
Everybody tries to become perfect!
But remember one thing, That person who is earning 6 figures a month is not perfect either or he had tried to be perfect.
If he wasted his all the time for becoming perfect he can’t achieve success.
Once you start gaining page views, Suppose 1000 page views per month and the definition of being perfect for those 1000 visitors is different.
People will judge your content in different ways.
You can’t be perfect for all of them.
At the beginning level of blogging, bloggers come with a lot of energy and lose all of the energy by chasing for becoming perfect.
That’s how you can’t write a blog post fast.
For this, they do research, research, and research but don’t write anything.
In this case, they fail to create quality content and waste a lot of time.
At the end of the day, they quit blogging.
That’s why if you want to become successful in blogging within 3-4 months.
You have to write and only write!
Writing blog posts is the most important preference for your blog!
Don’t become the perfect one.
Because you are new in this industry and you can’t learn all the things at the beginning.
There are bloggers who have been blogging for 10 years and they are also learning new things daily.
You have to just start your blogging journey by writing your own thoughts and sharing your experience.
Trust me, those things you are facing now at the beginning of your blogging career, all of the bloggers have faced it a couple of times.
That’s how they become perfect.
#7. Have a blog post checklist

-
Save
I can’t describe to you, How a blog post checklist can boost your writing skill and quality.
A blog post checklist works as a perfect blog post example.
Collect strategies and structures of a good quality blog post from the experts by reading their articles and gather them all together.
Then make your own blog post checklist.
If you haven’t yet. No worries.
I have a perfect post on “22 Things to Include in Every Single Blog Post”
So, what is the main purpose of a blog post checklist?
It is a checklist that works best to boost your blog and build high-quality articles.
By using blog post checklist, you will be able to know
- where to put your keywords
- what plugins you need
- Maintaining blog post structure
- How to add visuals and what is the steps
- How to promote and when to promote
- How to manage an online business
- and Many more thing (Go to the link for more knowledge)
I have been blogging for years and connected with many bloggers.
I have researched a lot on the blog post checklist and made one for me that works the best for me and many other bloggers.
You should make a blog post checklist for creating blog posts faster.
It can save your lot of time on what to do and what not to do!
You will have the exact idea of every blog post that you are creating.
#8. Write as you Talk

-
Save
It is one the main concept of writing blog posts faster.
In real life you can talk naturally with your friends, relatives or other people.
But while writing most of the beginners thinks too much that they can’t even write naturally.
For blogging success you need to connect with people. You have to talk naturally that readers can connect with you.
Let’s think about me, English is my second language and I don’t bother about grammar and structures.
I only write things as I am talking with you.
I only focus on providing value to my readers, I share everything that I know about blogging.
This value impacts on my reader’s life not my writing skill.
If you write some complex words that people aren’t able to understand that clearly then they won’t stay at your blog.
You have to keep in mind that, about 30% of your reader’s second language is English.
If you provide value with complex words and people couldn’t recognized them then what’s the benefit of these type of writing?
It will be easier for you as well if you write in simple words. You can write blog posts faster in this way.
#9. Use GRAMMARLY

-
Save
This is an Important tool for Bloggers.
So basically Grammarly is a Tool that allow me correct all my wrong strutured sentences as well as my grammars.
Grammarly allows me to get those communications out and feel confident that I’m putting my best foot forward.
While writing blog posts fast you will definitely do spelling mistakes and it’s too much harmful for your article quality.
You might be not able to get all the mistakes you ave made in your article but GRAMMARLY will notice them and this tool will correct the word or the sentence.
This is a must tool if you are willing to writing articles fast.
It is basically a chrome extension and comes with Free of cost. It is upgradable.
If you want high quality performance then you can get Grammarly by clicking here.
I am an Affiliate for them and if you buy from my links then I will get some commission that will help me to run my blog.
If you want mandatory blogging Tools for your blog that I am using then you can go to resources page or you can read Blogging Tools & Resources to Boost Your Blog traffic and rank on Google.
If I start writing a blog post a day would my page views go up fast?
Let me clear one thing, Writing blog post fast will not increase your traffic fast.
Traffic depends on so many things.
In my case, I have been blogging for many years but this I am running this blog for only 3 months.
That’s why I am not gaining traffic from Google but I am bringing traffic from Pinterest.
If you don’t know about Pinterest then read “12 tips to grow Traffic with Pinterest”
If you can write blog posts faster then it will be easier for you to gain attraction from Google.
It will build authority of your site if you have too many articles relevant to your niche.
You have to focus on quality also.
Because if you write 100 posts in short period of time but from that posts people are not getting any benefit than they will bounce back to Google.
And it’s a bad signal for Google. That’s how your blog will go outranked by Google.
You have to make sure to create visually engaging content as well as useful content so that people will stay longer on your blog.
At the beginning, beside writing articles fast you should have to promote your content on Social media as well.
I have over 200K+ monthly viewers on Pinterest and it is too easy to rank on Pinterest. You can do the same.
Mainly focus on your writing but at least give 2-3 hours for promoting your content on social media platforms.

These are all really good tips. I think that writing posts in stages definitely helps. Outlining in one sitting, drafting in another, working on photos and graphics in another, and then posting helps to keep you focused on the task at hand rather than rushing through the entire process and then having a sloppy piece. I’ll be pinning this to share this article’s tips with others.
